Eye Tech Securities is an authorized electronic security solutions provider offering:

• eSSL eTimeTrackLite Software Licensing: Genuine commercial licenses for Desktop and Web applications (Basic and Unlimited staff tiers).
• Remote Biometric Technical Support: Standalone biometric machine Administrator Lock Removal (Super Admin 8888 master unlock), device configuration, and attendance database setup via remote desktop (AnyDesk/Ultraviewer).
• Physical Security Systems: Supply, installation, cabling, and maintenance of CCTV surveillance systems (CCTV Packages), access control, video door phones, and intrusion alarms across Chennai and Tamil Nadu.

2. Digital Software License Terms

• Perpetual Lifetime Validity: eSSL eTimeTrackLite software license keys issued by Eye Tech Securities are one-time commercial licenses with lifetime validity on the registered machine instance. There is no mandatory annual subscription or renewal fee.
• Machine Activation Code Binding: License keys are mathematically generated against the unique Activation Code displayed by your eTimeTrackLite software on your PC/server. It is the customer's responsibility to submit the exact activation code.
• 100% Genuine Activation Guarantee: We guarantee official activation. If an issued key fails to validate due to an error from our side, we provide an immediate working replacement or 100% full refund under our Refund Policy.

3. Biometric Admin Lock Removal Terms

• Super Admin Access: Our admin lock removal service generates the temporary master backdoor password for Super Admin ID 8888 based on the device's internal 24-hour clock.
• Time Calibration Requirement: Because device firmware recalculates password algorithms per minute, the customer must enter the master password during the exact target minute calibrated by our system (calculated 5 minutes in advance).
• Employee Data Preservation: This procedure unlocks the system menu without wiping enrolled employee fingerprints, faces, cards, or attendance punch records.

4. Pricing, Taxes & Payments

• All prices displayed on this website are in Indian National Rupees (INR).
• Payments are processed securely via authorized Indian payment gateways, instant UPI, net banking, or debit/credit cards.
• Registered businesses can provide their GSTIN during checkout to receive compliant GST tax invoices for input tax credit.
