Install either UltraViewer or AnyDesk on your Windows PC so our certified engineer can securely access the tools:
Ensure NVR power is plugged in, PoE switches are active, and all cameras have physical LAN/Ethernet cables firmly plugged in with active link LED lights.
A stable broadband / fiber internet connection on the router is required for remote screen sharing and to activate Hik-Connect cloud platform status to "Online".

Open the app, select your country/region (India), and register using your personal mobile number or email address.
