How to Install & Reset (For Technicians Only)
  1. Identify Your Series: Check your NVR model number sticker and find the matching folder below.
  2. Prepare USB (Crucial): Use a USB drive (4GB-32GB preferred) formatted strictly to FAT32. Do NOT use NTFS or exFAT (Device will not detect the file). Unzip and copy the .bin file to the root folder.
  3. Update Firmware: Insert USB into NVR → System → Upgrade → Select file → Start.
  4. CRITICAL: After restart, go to Settings → System → Maintenance → Factory Default. This is mandatory.
